Needs Assessment
The Kanawha Valley Collective (KVC), during its strategic planning process, identified the need for an extensive assessment to be completed. This assessment would help guide the future planning process of the Continuum of Care grant application as well as identifying other resources to fill needs. The first formal assessment was completed in 2008.
