The KVC is seeking project applicants for the 2023 HUD Continuum of Care competition.
Overview of Important Dates
July 18, 2023 – Letter of Intent Request published
August 1, 2023 @ 2pm – KVC COC NOFO Overview Training
August 1 – September 26 – weekly NOFO meetings
August 24, 2023 @ 3pm – Completed applications due in ESNAPS
September 12 – Projects notified if their project application(s) will be accepted and ranked, rejected, or reduced
September 26 - COC Application Posted on KVC Website
September 28 – HUD COC competition submission deadline.
Parts of applying for the COC NOFO are completion of your individual project application and participation in weekly NOFO meetings.
New this year is the NOFO Overview Training. While attendance is not required, it is highly recommended.
